文化生态保护区建设是以人的生活为中心的非物质文化遗产整体保护传承,其"空间生产"具有情感性、社会性和人文特色。文化生态保护区"空间生产"的动力要素表现为承载力、传承力、驱动力、保障力和引导力等多重力量以及各动力要素彼此影响、交互作用构成的系统,以整体聚合的方式推进并深化文化生态保护区的"空间生产"。文化生态保护区作为生活空间,在其知识生产、文化传承实践,特别是满足人的生活需要等方面表现出来的力量,构成文化生态保护区持续发展的原动力。坚持人的主体地位,凝聚多民族、多地域民众在交往交流交融中形成的对共同体文化的认同力量,通过传承创新、平等协商和资源共享等方式,完善地方政府间跨地域非遗保护和文化生态保护区建设的协调与对话,弘扬和利用非遗蕴含的中华优秀传统文化基因,促进和深化"空间生产"的常态化、有序化,成为文化生态保护区建设的动力旨归。依靠文化生态保护区建设主体的积极性、主动性和创造性,在整体保护传承非遗的过程中提升民众生活质量、推动社会经济发展、乡风文明建设,从而巩固和强化文化生态保护区建设凝聚民心、繁荣文化、增进交流的认同感、亲和力与向心力。

Construction of cultural ecological protection zone is the overall protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage centered on human life.Its"spatial production"has emotional,social and humanistic characteristics.The dynamic elements of"space production"in cultural and ecological protection areas are the system composed of multiple forces,such as bearing capacity,inheritance force,driving force,guarantee force and guidance force,and the influence and interaction of each dynamic element.Promote and deepen the"spatial production"of the cultural ecological protection area through the overall aggregation way.Cultural ecological protection zone as a living space in its knowledge production,cultural inheritance practice,especially human life demand,constitutes the driving force for the sustainable development of cultural ecological protection zone.Adhere to the dominant position of people,and gather the identity force of community culture formed by multi-ethnic and multi-regional people in exchanges and integration to improve the coordination and dialogue between inter-regional protection of intangible cultural heritage and cultural ecological protection areas through inheritance and innovation,equal consultation and resource sharing.Carrying forward and using the excellent Chinese traditional culture gene contained in the intangible cultural heritage to promote and improve the normalization and orderly transformation of"spatial production"has become the driving force of the construction of cultural ecological protection zone.Relying on the enthusiasm,initiative,and creativity of the construction subject of cultural ecological reserve,it aims to consolidate and strengthen the sense of identity,affinity and centripetal force to connect people,prosper the culture,and enhance exchanges through improving the quality of life of the intangible cultural heritage,promoting the development of social and economic civilization in the overall protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
