甲醇和二甲基亚砜对^19F核磁共振定量法测定盐酸氟西汀非法添加的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究不同溶剂甲醇、二甲基亚砜(dimethyl sulfoxide,DMSO)对^19F核磁共振定量法测定盐酸氟西汀非法添加含量的影响。方法:以4,4’-二氟二苯甲酮为内标物质,以盐酸氟西汀为样品,分别使用DMSO和甲醇作为溶剂进行^19F核磁共振定量实验,通过比较含量测定与方法学研究结果的差异,确定不同溶剂对实验结果的影响。结果:使用DMSO与甲醇为溶剂所得实验结果没有明显差异。结论:甲醇和DMSO对盐酸氟西汀^19F核磁共振定量实验结果的影响不大。在实验中,可结合具体情况选择合适的溶剂。 Objective:To study the effects of methanol and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)on assaying illegal addition of fluoxetine hydrochloride by ^19F-NMR method.Methods:4,4’-difluorobenzophenone was used as the internal standard,and fluoxetine hydrochloride was used as the sample.The ^19F-quantitative NMR test was carried out with DMSO and methanol.The effects of different solvents on the experiments were determined by comparing the results with method validation studies.Results:There was no significant difference in the experimental results obtained using DMSO and methanol as solvents.Conclusion:Methanol and DMSO have similiar effect on the quantitative results of ^19F-NMR.In the experiments,suitable solvent can be selected in combination with the specific conditions.
