基于“咽胃相关”探析岭南慢性咽炎证候特征与胡玲教授辨治用药特色

Study of syndrome characteristics of chronic pharyngitis in Lingnan area and administration features of professor HU Ling based on“pharynx associates with stomach”theory

胡玲教授师从于全国名老中医学术继承"优秀指导老师"、"劳九芝堂"中医世家第10代传人劳绍贤教授,其临床治疗慢性咽炎合并消化道疾病或不适症状之"咽胃相关"患者经验独到。该文对其岭南名医门诊534例慢性咽炎病例资料进行聚类统计分析,探索"咽胃相关"慢性咽炎患者岭南证候的分布特征及胡玲教授辨治用药特色。结果提示,岭南地区"咽胃相关"慢性咽炎患者以脾胃湿热、肝胃不和、脾虚夹痰证型为多见。胡玲教授临证治疗该病以化湿清热、疏肝和胃、凉血散瘀为主,善用岭南道地药材,用药平和,并注重顾护胃气津液。

Professor HU Ling has learned from professor Lao Shao-xian who is"excellent instructor"of academic inherit from national renowned and experienced Chinese medicine doctor project and the 10 th generation of traditional Chinese medicine family"Laojiu Zhitang".Professor Hu has unique experience in treating patients with chronic pharyngitis combines with digestive disease or discomfort.To study syndrome characteristics of chronic pharyngitis in Lingnan area and administration features of professor HU Ling,we perform cluster analysis with 534 cases of chronic pharyngitis from her clinic.Our finding shows that pi-wei damp-heat syndrome,gan-wei disharmony syndrome and spleen deficiency with phlegm syndrome are the most common syndromes among patients with chronic pharyngitis in Lingnan area.And professor Hu who values the body fluid and Qi of stomach treats this kind of patients mainly using methods of clearing heat and dampness,soothing liver and harmonizing stomach and cooling the blood and dissipating blood stasis and famous-region drugs of Lingnan area with gentle property.
