With the iterative development of information technology,the ubiquity trend of political-community interaction is obvious.In this context,the online deliberation has become an important mechanism for the interaction between the government and the society and is an important channel for the government to collect the information such as public appeals.To a certain extent,the online deliberation data can depict the social interests appeals,reflect the policy proposition,and feedback problem for policy system.Therefore,online deliberation has certain public policy value.For realizing the value of online deliberation,the government should pay regard to use the online deliberation data,and promote the date resource management of online deliberation.A decision-making governance framework based on data logic should be constructed through adhering to using the information technology as a tool and institutional innovation as a starting point.Essentially,it constructs an evidence-based decision-making system for public policy based on social attention and supported by knowledge governance,which is of great significance to deepening the scientific and accuracy of public governance and public policies.
