国外引进亚麻种质资源的农艺性状评价

Agronomic Characteristics Evaluation on Introduced Flax Germplasm Resources

为高效利用美国引进的110份亚麻种质资源,对其10个主要农艺性状进行鉴定分析。结果表明,遗传多样性指数在0.26~2.04,变异系数在13.85%~90.79%。相关分析和通径分析表明,小区种子产量与分茎数、分枝数、蒴果数、单株粒数呈极显著正相关,其中蒴果数对小区种子产量的作用最大,有较大的直接作用和间接作用。通过主成分分析提取了产量因子、纤维因子和无效因子,累积贡献率为72.796%。聚类分析将110份亚麻种质资源分为6个类群,其中类群Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ的资源材料综合性状优良,利用价值较高。

In order to utilize efficient 110 flax germplasm resources imported from the United States,ten main agronomic characteristics were analysed.The results showed that the genetic diversity indexes were 0.26 to 2.04,the variation coefficients were 13.85%to 90.79%.Correlation analysis and path analysis showed that the seed yield per plot forms highly significant positive correlation with tiller stem number,branching number,capsule number and seeds per plant,and the capsule number had the highest effect on the seed yield per plot,and had high direct effect and indirect effect.Through principal component analysis,the yield factor,fiber factor and ineffective factor were extracted,and the accumulating contribution rate was 72.796%.Through clustering analysis,the 110 flax germplasm were divided into six categories,among which the resource materials in categories IV,V,and VI had excellent agronomic traits and high utilization value.
