生物电阻抗法测量体脂率的准确性及其影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,超重/肥胖的发生率越来越高,《中国居民营养与慢性病状况报告(2020)》显示,全国18岁及以上成人超重率为34.3%,肥胖率为16.4%,儿童青少年的超重/肥胖率也持续升高。超重/肥胖的研究多年来一直是热点问题,而准确判定研究对象是否超重/肥胖是进行相关研究的重要前提。目前已建立的判定超重/肥胖的标准和方法有很多,其中测量体脂率可直观地判定超重/肥胖,并可获知脂肪的分布情况。
