健康教育路径在放射性分泌性中耳炎患者中的临床效果及对生活质量的影响

Clinical effect of health education path on patients with radioactive secretory otitis media and the influence on life quality

目的探讨放射性分泌性中耳炎患者应用健康教育路径的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选择本院收治的放射性分泌性中耳炎的患者60例,以随机抽样法分为两组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组加行路径式健康教育。比较两组护理后的生活质量评分、护理前后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、健康知识掌握评分。结果护理后,两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于护理前,健康知识掌握评分高于护理前,试验组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组,健康知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组护理后的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为放射性分泌性中耳炎患者应用健康教育路径可以改善其焦虑、抑郁心理,提高其健康知识掌握程度和生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of health education path on patients with radioactive secretory otitis media and the influence on life quality.Methods Sixty patients with radioactive secretory otitis media admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the two groups,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the research group was treated with health education path on the basis of the control group.Life quality score after nursing,anxiety score,depression score and health knowledge mastery score before and after nursing between two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the anxiety score and depression score in the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the health knowledge mastery score was higher than before nursing.The anxiety score and depression score in the research group were lower than those in the control group,the health knowledge mastery score and life quality score in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education path on patients with radioactive secretory otitis media can improve the anxiety and depression psychology,and improve health knowledge mastery and life quality.
