新型护理模式在凶险性前置胎盘患者多学科协作诊治中的应用

Application of new nursing model in multidisciplinary collaboration diagnosis on patients with dangerous placenta previa

目的探讨凶险性前置胎盘患者多学科协作诊治中新型护理模式的应用,总结其价值。方法选取我院收治凶险性前置胎盘患者200例,随机分为两组,每组100例。观察组实施多学科协作诊治与新型护理模式,对照组实施常规护理模式,比较两组手术指标、护理满意度、妊娠结局、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分。结果观察组术后排气时间低于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在凶险性前置胎盘患者临床诊治中,选择多学科协作的诊治模式,配备新型护理措施,可以改善母婴结局,提升护理满意度,缓解产妇负面情绪、降低其疼痛。

Objective To investigate the application of new nursing model in the multidisciplinary collaboration diagnosis in treatment of patients with dangerous placenta previa,and to summarize the value.Methods A total of 200 patients with dangerous placenta previa in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the two groups,100 cases in each.The observation group was treated with multidisciplinary collaboration diagnosis combined with new nursing model.The control group was treated with routine nursing model.The surgical index,nursing satisfactory degree,pregnancy outcome,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score in the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative exhaust time,the pain score and the complications rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the nursing satisfactory rate in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score in the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group is lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model combined with new nursing model on patients with dangerous placenta previa can improve maternal-infant outcomes and nursing satisfactory degree,relieve maternal negative emotions and reduce their pain.
