参黄汤对气滞血瘀型胃癌术后胃肠功能障碍患者胃肠激素及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Shenhuang Decoction on postoperative gastrointestinal hormone and immune function in gastrointestinal dysfunction patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type

目的探讨参黄汤对气滞血瘀型胃癌术后胃肠功能障碍患者胃肠激素及免疫功能的影响。方法抽取我院收治的行择期手术的胃癌患者70例,根据手术顺序分为观察组及对照组,各35例,对照组行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予参黄汤治疗,对两组治疗结果进行评价。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气、肛门排便及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MOT、SS水平均高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组,两组CD4+、CD8+均高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参黄汤在气滞血瘀型胃癌术后胃肠功能障碍患者中疗效确切,可改善患者胃肠功能及免疫功能,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effects of Shenhuang Decoction on postoperative gastrointestinal hormone and Immune function in pgastrointestinal dysfunction patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods Seventy patients with gastric cancer undergoing elective surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of surgery,35 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shenhuang Decoction on this basis.The treatment results in the two groups were evaluated.Results The bowel sound recovery,anal exhaust,anus defecate and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+,CD8+and the levels of MOT and SS in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and those in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenhuang Decoction in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after surgery for gastric cancer with qi stagnation and blood stasis type has a definite effect,can improve the gastrointestinal function and immune function of patients and worth applying.
