牙再植术治疗前牙撕脱性损伤的临床疗效

Clinical effect of tooth replantation in the treatment of avulsion injury of anterior teeth

目的探讨对前牙撕脱性损伤患者采取牙再植术治疗的临床有效性。方法选取在我院就诊的前牙撕脱性损伤患者96例,按照患者牙齿脱位时间分为牙齿脱位≤60min组以及牙齿脱位>60 min组,两组均采取牙再植术治疗,并随访1年,比较治疗有效率。结果牙齿脱落时间≤60min组治疗有效率显著高于牙齿脱落时间>60min的患者(P<0.05)。结论对外伤性前牙完全脱位患者实施牙再植术效果显著,牙齿脱位的时间越短远期疗效越好。

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of tooth replantation for patients with avulsion injury of anterior teeth.Methods Atotal of 96 patients with avulsion injury of anterior teeth in our hospital admitted were selected;according to the time of tooth dislocation,they were divided into the less than 60 min group and the more than 60 min group.All patients were treated with tooth replantation,and the patients were followed up for 1 year to compare the treatment efficiency.Results The effective rate in treatment the less than 60 min group was significantly higher than that in the more than 60 min group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tooth replantation is Significant effect for patients with complete dislocation of anterior teeth by trauma;The shorter the time of tooth dislocation,the better the long-term effect.
