摘要
目的探讨基于Miller金字塔原理的混合式教学法在内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法采用分层随机抽样法选取我校2018级和2019级普通护理专科班各1个班级作为研究对象,2018级作为传统对照组,2019级作为试验组。对照组采用传统的教学方法(理论讲授+实践操作练习),试验组依据Miller金字塔原理的4个阶段,把内科护理相关内容从最基础的认知到临床应用分4个阶段,开展混合式教学(线上线下讲授融合多平台在线资源、情景模拟、护理虚拟仿真实验、临床见习等)。学期末分别对两组进行理论、操作考核,并进行教学满意度和护生岗位胜任力问卷调查。结果试验组考核成绩、教学满意度评分及岗位胜任力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Miller金字塔原理的混合式教学法用于内科护理教学中,能够有效夯实学生基础理论知识、提升知识灵活应用能力和技能操作水平、提高临床思维能力和岗位胜任力。
Objective To explore the application of blended teaching method based on Miller pyramid principle in internal medicine nursing teaching.Methods Students of our school’s 2018 and 2019 general nursing specialist classes were selected by a stratified random sampling method,the 2018 class(112 students)were divided into the traditional control group,and the 2019 class(116 students)were divided into the experimental research group.The experimental group divided the content of internal medicine nursing from the most basic cognition to clinical application in 4 stages based on the 4 stages of the Miller pyramid principle,and developed blended teaching(Online and offline lectures integrated online resources from multiple platforms,scenario simulation,nursing virtual simulation experiment,clinical probation,etc).At the end of the semester,the theory and operation were assessed respectively,and the teaching satisfaction and post competency of nursing students were surveyed in the two groups.Results The examination results,teaching satisfaction score and post competency scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The blended teaching method based on Miller pyramid principle in internal medicine nursing teaching,which can effectively consolidate the basic theoretical knowledge of students,improve the ability of flexible application of knowledge and skill operation level,and improve clinical thinking ability and job competency.
