器械辅助功能锻炼结合骨折康复护理在骨折患者术后恢复中的应用

Application of device-assisted functional exercise combined with fracture on recovery of patients with postoperative fracture

目的探讨器械辅助功能锻炼联合骨折康复护理应用于骨折患者术后恢复中的临床价值。方法选取我院实施手术治疗的骨折患者106例,按数字随机方式将其分成对照组(n=53),行骨折康复护理与观察组(n=53),行骨折康复护理并联合器械辅助功能锻炼。比较两组临床疗效与功能锻炼评分情况。结果观察组优良率高于对照组,功能锻炼总体评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨折患者术后恢复期间采用器械辅助功能锻炼并联合骨折康复护理干预,有利于关节功能恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical value of device-assisted functional exercise combined with fracture on recovery of patients with postoperative fracture.Methods A total of 106 fracture patients with operative treatment in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=53)and the observation group(n=53).The control group received fracture rehabilitation nursing,the observation group received deviceassisted functional exercise combined with fracture rehabilitation nursing.The clinical efficacy and functional exercise scores in the two groups were compared.Results The superior rate and the overall functional exercise score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of device-assisted functional exercise combined with fracture rehabilitation nursing in patients with postoperative fracture is beneficial to the recovery of joint function of patients.
