品管圈管理对老年糖尿病患者疾病认知与服药依从性的影响

Effects of quality control circle management on disease cognition and medication compliance of senile diabetes patients

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)管理对老年糖尿病患者疾病认知与服药依从性的影响。方法选取在我院住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规医嘱及健康教育,观察组在此基础上实施QCC管理,比较两组干预前后疾病认知水平、服药依从性。结果干预后,两组病程急慢性、后果、个人控制、治疗控制得分均高于干预前,观察组疾病相关性、疾病周期、情绪表达得分高于干预前,观察组所有项目得分高于对照组(P<0.05),两组服药依从性得分均高于干预前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论QCC管理能够提高帮助老年糖尿病患者掌握疾病知识,提高服药依从性。

Objective To investigate effects of Quality Control Circle(QCC)management on disease cognition and medication compliance of senile diabetes patients.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups(40 patients in each group).The control group was given routine medical advice and health education,the observation group was administered with QCC management on this basis.The disease cognition level,medication compliance in the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,those scores,such as,acute and chronic course of disease,consequences,personal control,and treatment control in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention.The scores of disease correlation,disease cycle,and emotional expression in the observation group were higher than those before the intervention.The scores of all items in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the medication compliance scores in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC management can help elderly diabetic patients master disease knowledge and improve medication compliance.
