呼吸康复护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者负性情绪的影响

Effect of respiratory rehabilitation nursing on negative emotion of elderly patients with COPD

目的探讨在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中实施呼吸康复护理对改善负性情绪的影响。方法选取我院收治的老年COPD患者100例,随机数字表分为两组,每组50例。对照组行一般护理,试验组行呼吸康复护理,比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁情绪均低于护理前,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论呼吸康复护理的运用,能够促使COPD患者的呼吸功能恢复正常状态,于改善患者负性情绪方面起到积极重要的影响。

Objective To study the effect of respiratory rehabilitation nursing on negative emotion of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 100 COPD patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups 50 cases in each,the control group received general nursing,and the test group received respiratory rehabilitation nursing;aiming compare the nursing effects between the two groups.Results After nursing,the anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than before nursing,those in the test group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of complications in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of respiratory rehabilitation nursing can promote the respiratory function of COPD patients to return to normal state,and play apositive and important impact on improving patients’negative emotions.
