体育定向锻炼对改善中学生眼睛近视的效果 被引量:1

Effect of physical orientation exercise on improving myopia in middle school students

摘要 目的探讨体育定向锻炼在改善中学生眼睛近视中的效果。方法选择苏家屯区某校学生950例,随机均分两组,每组475例。学期初、学期末,检查学生视力情况及眼调节功能。体育教师指导试验组进行体育定向锻炼,对照组自由活动。比较实验前、实验后,第6节课后与早读前、第7节课后与第6节课后眼调节功能及视力变化情况。比较两组实验后五项运动得分情况和新发近视眼率。结果试验后试验组学生立定跳远、屈臂悬垂、50m跑、1分钟仰卧等项目得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),400m跑得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验前,第6节课后与早读前对比、第7节课后与第6节课后比,学生视力情况(明视远点、调节力以及调节度等)均变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验后,第6节课后与早读前对比、第7节课后与第6节课后比,学生明视远点、眼调节力及调节度均明显增加(P<0.05)。实验后,试验组新发近视率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体育定向锻炼助于改善学生视力功能,预防近视眼发生。 Objective To explore the effect of physical orientation exercise on improving myopia in middle school students.Methods A total of 950 students from a middle school in Sujiatun District were randomly divided into study group and control group,475 cases in each,visual acuity and ocular accommodation in the students were checked at the beginning and end of the semester.The physical orientation exercise was implemented in the study group under the guidance of physical education teachers,while the control group were free.It aim to observed the eye accommodation function and changes in vision at those time points,such as before and after the experiment,after sixth lesson and before early reading,after seventh lesson and after sixth lesson;and to compare five sports scores and new myopia rate after the experiment in two groups.Results Compared with the control group,The scores,such as standing long jump,bending arm drape,50 m running and 1 minute supine in the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in 400 mrunning in both groups(P>0.05).Before the experiment,there was no statistically significant difference in the changes in students’vision(distinctive vision,accommodation force,accommodation degree,etc.)at these time points(P>0.05),for example:after sixth lesson and before early reading,after seventh lesson and after sixth lesson;after the experiment,the distance point,accommodation force,accommodation degree of the students increased significantly(P<0.05);the rate of new myopia in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Physical orientation exercise can improve visual function,and prevent myopia.
