糖尿病视网膜病变筛查后患者复诊行为影响因素

Analysis on influencing factors of follow-up visits behavior of patients with diabetic retinopathy after screening

目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)筛查后患者复诊行为影响因素。方法选择我院眼科眼底造影室收治的行眼底荧光血管造影并确诊为糖尿病的患者460例,调查患者2年后复诊依从性,并对影响患者复诊依从性因素展开分析。结果HbA1c、职业类型、"即使戴了眼睛或者使用放大镜阅读还有困难"、"认为每年一次的眼科检查很重要"、"医疗保险承担了大部分医疗费用"均为影响DR患者复诊行为的因素。结论开展DR疾病筛查工作,需要提高患者复诊依从性,应加强对患者复诊、疾病等相关知识普及,提高患者对定期复诊重要性的认知,增强糖尿病并发症防控意识,提高疾病认知水平。并进一步完善当前医保制度,缓解患者医疗压力,提高复诊积极性。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of follow-up visits behavior of patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR)after screening.Methods Methods The follow-up compliance were surveyed from 460 Patients with diabetes diagnosed by fundus fluorescein angiography in our hospital,and its influencing factors was analyzed 2 years after treatment.Results These are all factors that affect the follow-up behavior of DR patients,such as HbA1 c,occupation type,"I still have difficulty reading even if weaing eyes or using a magnifying glass","I think the annual eye exam is very important","Medical insurance covers most of the medical expenses".Conclusion It is necessary to improve the compliance of patients with follow-up visits by DR disease screening,it should streng the patients’followup visits,disease knowledge in order to improve the importance of regular follow-up visits and enhance awareness and disease cognition,it can perfect the current medical insurance system,ease the pressure on patients’medical treatment,and increase the enthusiasm for follow-up visits.
