玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗对老年糖尿病黄斑性水肿的临床效果

Clinical effect of injection conbercept in vitreous chambers on aged diabetic macular edema

目的探讨对老年糖尿病黄斑性水肿患者予以玻璃体腔注射不同抗血管内皮生长因子药物的应用价值。方法选取本院老年糖尿病黄斑性水肿患者200例,按照治疗方法进行分组,每组100例。试验组予以康柏西普药物,对照组予以雷珠单抗药物,比较两组临床效果。结果试验组治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月logMAR视力情况优于对照组(P<0.05),两组临床总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年糖尿病黄斑性水肿患者采用康柏西普和雷珠单抗均能取得显著疗效,其中康柏西普效果更佳。

Objective The application value of injection different anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drugs in vitreous chambers on elderly patients with diabetic macular edema.Methods Enrolled 200 elderly patients with diabetic macular edema in our hospital and grouped them according to different drugs:the experimental group was given conbercept and the control group was given ranibizumab.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results Those data was observed in the first month,third month,and sixth month after treatment:the logMAR vision improvement effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but the total rate in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with diabetic macular edema,both conbercept and ranibizumab can achieve significant effects,of which conbercept is more effective.
