中药自拟方结合微创手术治疗急性胰腺炎合并胰腺假性囊肿的临床疗效

Clinical effect of TCM self-made prescription combined with minimally invasive surgery for acute pancreatitis complicated with pancreatic pseudocyst

目的探讨在急性胰腺炎合并胰腺假性囊肿的治疗中使用中药自拟方结合微创手术法的临床效果。方法选取于我院治疗的急性胰腺炎合并胰腺假性囊肿患者80例,随机抽签法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组使用内镜联合腹腔镜进行微创手术,试验组在此基础上应用中药自拟方,比较两组临床症状改善时间、治疗前后炎性因子水平变化及囊肿消失率。结果试验组腹痛缓解时间、体温恢复时间以及排气时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,两组炎症因子均低于治疗前,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药自拟方结合微创手术治疗急性胰腺炎合并胰腺假性囊肿有显著效果,能够有效降低炎症因子水平、提升囊肿消失率、提高治疗效率,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-made prescription of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with minimally invasive surgery for acute pancreatitis complicated with pancreatic pseudocyst.Methods A total of 80 inpatients with acute pancreatitis complicated with pancreatic pseudocyst were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with minimally invasive surgery by endoscopy combined with laparoscopy,while patients in the study group were additionally treated with TCM self-made prescription on the basis of the control group.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,changes of inflammatory factors and cyst disappearance rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The abdominal pain relief time,body temperature recovery time and exhaust time in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute pancreatitis complicated with pancreatic pseudocyst with self-made prescription of traditional Chinese medicine combined with minimally invasive surgery has significant effect,which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,improve the rate of cyst disappearance,improve the treatment efficiency,and has certain application and promotion value.which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,improve the rate of cyst disappearance,improve the treatment efficiency,and has certain application and promotion value.
