快速康复外科护理干预在胆囊腹腔镜手术后肺部感染预防中的临床应用

Clinical application of fast track surgical nursing intervention in prevention of pulmonary infection after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨对行胆囊腹腔镜手术治疗的患者采用快速康复外科护理干预预防肺部感染的效果。方法选取在我院进行胆囊腹腔镜手术治疗的患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例。给予对照组常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行快速康复外科护理干预,比较两组各项手术指标情况、术后并发症情况以及患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组术后肛门排气时间、术后下床时间、住院时间短于对照组,视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)、并发症发生率低于对照组,总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行胆囊腹腔镜手术治疗的患者采用快速康复外科护理干预预后较好,可有效降低疼痛程度,预防肺部感染,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of fast track surgical nursing intervention on pulmonary infection in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing,and patients in observation group were given rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The operation indexes,postoperative complications and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group;while VAS pain score,clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS),Incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the total satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can achieve good prognosis,effectively reduce the degree of pain of patients,and prevent the occurrence of complications such as pulmonary infection,which greatly improves the satisfaction of patients,and has high clinical.
