单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合干扰素治疗小儿EB病毒感染后对免疫功能指标的影响

Effects of adenosine monophosphate combined with interferon on immune function indexes in children with EBV infection

目的探讨对EB病毒感染后患儿采取单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合干扰素治疗,对其免疫功能指标的影响。方法选取我院收治的EB病毒感染患儿60例,以抽签法分为两组,每组各30例。常规组单一采用单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合干扰素治疗,比较两组治疗前、后的免疫功能指标水平与临床恢复情况。结果治疗后,两组免疫功能指标均优于治疗前,治疗组CD4+和CD4+/CD8+均优于常规组(P<0.05),两组CD8+比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组的各项指标恢复时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论采取单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合干扰素治疗EB病毒感染患儿,有助于促进其免疫功能指标的恢复,缩短康复进程。

Objective To observe and explore the effect of adenosine monophosphate combined with interferon on immune function indexes in children with Epstein Barr virus(EBV)infection.Methods A total of 60 children with EBV infection admitted to our hospital were selected,all children were divided into routine group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30)by drawing lots.The routine group was treated with adenosine monophosphate alone,while treatment group was additionally treated with interferon on this basis,It aim to compare the level of immune function and clinical recovery in the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatments,the level of immune function in two groups was better than before treatments,the lever of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the treatment group were higher than those in the routine group,the lever of CD8+in two groups has no difference was statistically significant compare with before treatment(P<0.05),and the clinical recovery time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the routine group.Conclusion Using adenosine monophosphate combined with interferon for children with EBV infection can promote the recovery of immune function and shorten the recovery process.
