南通市医疗机构消毒供应中心护士工作动机调查分析

Investigation of work motivation of nurses in disinfection supply centers of Nantong medical institutions

目的调查分析南通市医疗机构消毒供应中心护士工作动机。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法,抽取南通市医疗机构消毒供应中心护士192例,运用"工作偏好量表"对其进行分析。结果消毒供应中心护士工作动机得分为(3.58±0.32)分,不同年龄、婚姻、专业年限、学历、经过专科护士培训、医院等级的消毒供应中心护士工作动机得分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心护士工作动机得分较低,作为管理者应构建良好的团队组织气氛,采取多种干预措施提升消毒供应中心护士工作动机。

Objective To investigate and analyze the work motivation of nurses in the disinfection supply centers of medical institutions in Nantong city.Methods A total of 192 nurses who were selected from the disinfection supply centers of Nantong medical institutions according to the stratified cluster random sampling method were analyzed by using Work Preference Inventory.Results The score of work motivation of nurses in disinfection supply centers was 3.58±0.32.And there was the statistically significant difference in work motivation scores of nurses with varied age,marriage status,in-service years,education background,specialist nurse training and hospital level(P<0.05).Conclusion The score of work motivation of nurses in disinfection supply centers is low.The administrators should build a good team-based organization climate and take various interventions to improve the work motivation of nurses in disinfection supply centers.
