神经内科康复护理对脑卒中患者肢体残疾发生率、生存质量及护理满意度的影响

Effect of neurological rehabilitation nursing on the incidence of physical disability,life quality and nursing satisfaction of stroke patients

目的研究脑卒中患者开展神经内科康复护理的价值。方法选取我院收治的脑卒中患者200例,随机分为研究组与对照组各100例,对照组常规护理,研究组开展神经内科康复护理,对比护理有效性。结果研究组美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分,Barthel指数均较对照组明显改善(P<0.05);研究组肢体残疾发生率显著低于对照组(6.0%vs 17.0%,P<0.05);研究组总满意率高于对照组(93.0%vs 81.0%,P<0.05)。结论神经内科康复护理在促进脑卒中患者障碍肢体功能康复、提高患者生存质量及满意度方面,均具有重要作用。

Objective To study the value of neurological rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients.Methods A total of 200 stroke patients in our hospital admitted were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 100 cases each;the control group having routine nursing care and the study group carried out neurological rehabilitation nursing,the nursing effectiveness in both groups were compared.Results National Institute of Health stroke(NIHSS)scale,Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)Scale,and Barthel index in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of physical disability was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.0%vs 17.0%,P<0.05);while the incidence of physical disability was significantly lower than that in the control group Group(6.0%vs 17.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion Neurology rehabilitation nursing plays an important role in promoting limb function rehabilitation,which can improve quality and satisfactionof life of stroke patients.
