腹部CT检查在结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻诊断中的应用效果

Application analysis of CT in the diagnosis of colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction

目的探讨分析腹部CT检查在结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻诊断中的应用效果。方法选取121例被我院收治的结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻患者,根据影像学扫描方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组56例患者进行腹部X线检查,观察组65例患者进行腹部CT检查,观察并对比两组肠梗阻诊断率、梗阻部位的确定率、扫描图像的清晰程度评分以及患者在检查过程中的舒适度评分。结果观察组梗阻检出率以及梗阻位置的准确率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在检测后所得的影像学图像清晰度评分以及检查时的舒适度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻患者而言,使用腹部CT扫描所得图像具有较高的清晰度,能够让医师对患者病灶部位及周围情况进行详细地观察,为医师接下来的诊断提供依据,从而有效提高肠梗阻的检出率,且患者在检查过程中具有较高的舒适度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effects of abdominal CT in the diagnosis of colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction.Methods Totally 121 patients with colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different imaging scanning methods.A total of 56 patients in control group were given abdominal X-ray examination,while 65 patients in observation group were given abdominal CT examination.The diagnosis rate of intestinal obstruction,the determination rate of obstruction location,the clarity score of scanning image and the comfort score during the examination were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate of obstruction and the accuracy of obstruction location in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The image clarity score and comfort score in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with colon neoplastic intestinal obstruction,the image obtained by abdominal CT scanning has higher definition,which can allow doctors to observe the lesion location and its surrounding conditions in detail,and provide basis for doctors’further diagnosis so as to effectively improve the detection rate of intestinal obstruction and comfort degree in patients during the examination.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
