氯雷他定与白芍总苷联合治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of loratadine combined with total glucosides of paeony in the treatment of chronic eczema

目的研讨临床医治慢性湿疹病症时应用氯雷他定与白芍总苷联合疗法的效果。方法选取本院慢性湿疹患者100例,用随机数字表法分成两组,每组50例。常规组行氯雷他定疗法,联合组实施氯雷他定联合白芍总苷疗法,比较两组疗效。结果治疗后,两组湿疹病情指标、皮损瘙痒及皮损评分优于治疗前,联合组优于常规组,联合组不良症状发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论治疗慢性湿疹疾病时,氯雷他定联合白芍总苷疗法的疗效较显著,值得于临床上给予宣扬并推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of loratadine and total glucosides of paeony in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic eczema in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups(the conventional group and the combined group),50 cases in each group,the conventional group received loratadine therapy,and the combined group received loratadine combined+total glucosides of paeony,the efficacy in the two groups was compared.Results The Indicators of eczema,the score of skin pruritus and skin lesion score in two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment,the combination group was better than the conventional group.The total incidence of adverse symptoms in the combination group was was lower than that the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic eczema,the therapeutic effect of loratadine combined with total glucosides of paeony is more significant,which is worthy of clinical publicity and promotion.
