基于证据的护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病产妇及其新生儿护理中的应用效果

Application effect of evidence-based nursing interventions for parturients with gestational diabetes mellitus and neonatal nursing

目的探讨在妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)产妇及其新生儿实施基于证据的护理干预的应用效果。方法将2019年6-12月收治GDM产妇(对照组)60例,给予常规护理;2020年1-6月收治GDM产妇(干预组)60例,实施基于证据的综合护理干预,比较两组产妇护理前后血糖水平变化、新生儿低血糖发生率及产妇的护理满意度。结果护理后,两组血糖水平较护理前均降低,干预组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组无新生儿低血糖的发生,其发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于证据的综合护理干预有利于改善GDM产妇血糖水平,降低新生儿低血糖的发生率,促进满意度提升,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention for parturients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and neonatal nursing.Methods A Total of 60 GDM parturients who were admitted to our hospital from June to December 2019 were selected as the control group with the conventional nursing,and another 60 GDM parturients who were admitted to our hospital from January to June 2020 were as the intervention group with the evidence-based comprehensive nursing interventions.The changes of blood glucose level,incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia and maternal nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing,the blood glucose levels in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,and the blood glucose level in the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no neonatal hypoglycemia in the intervention group,Which was lower than that of the control group regard to the incidence(P<0.05).The maternal nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based comprehensive nursing interventions is beneficial to improve the blood glucose level of GDM parturients,reduce the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia,and increased maternal nursing satisfaction and has the remarkable clinical application value.
