产科护理人员对妊娠合并症产妇母乳喂养认识的护理干预效果

Study on nursing countermeasures of obstetric nurses’ knowledge about breastfeeding of Parturient with pregnancy complications

目的针对患有妊娠合并症的产妇,探讨产科护理人员对其开展母乳喂养认识的护理干预产生的效果。方法选取我院收治妊娠合并症患者200例,采取随机法分为两组,每组100例。采用常规护理为对照组,采用母乳喂养认识护理干预为试验组,对比两组母乳喂养知识认知情况、母乳喂养率、护理满意度。结果试验组母乳喂养知识掌握度高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组母乳喂养率、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论母乳喂养认识护理干预可以有效地提高产妇认知度,对提高母乳喂养率、护理满意度有显著效果,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on breastfeeding awareness by obstetric nurses for Parturient with pregnancy complications.Methods A total of 200 patients with pregnancy complications who were admitted to our hospital were selectively and randomly divided into the control group(n=100)with the conventional nursing intervention and the experimental group(n=100)with the nursing intervention of breastfeeding awareness.The breastfeeding knowledge awareness,breastfeeding rate,and nursing satisfaction for patients in the two groups were compared.Results The acquisition of breastfeeding knowledge for patients in the experimental group was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).And the breastfeeding rate and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of breastfeeding awareness can effectively improve maternal awareness and has the remarkable effect on improving breastfeeding rate and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of the clinical promotion.
