原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者预期性悲伤调查分析

Investigation of anticipatory grief of main caregivers of patients with primary liver cancer

目的调查原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者预期性悲伤的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样的方法,运用"预期性悲伤量表"对南通某三级甲等医院收治的原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者162例进行调查。结果原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者预期性悲伤得分为(88.12±16.12)分,性别、与患者关系、获知患者疾病时间、年龄、经济状况不同的主要照顾者得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者存在较严重的预期性悲伤,建议针对性给予延续护理干预,有效地帮助主要照顾者积极面对、处理困境,缓解悲伤,从而提高原发性肝癌患者及其主要照顾者的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the status of preparatory grief of main caregivers of patients with primary liver cancer and to analyze its influencing factor.Methods A total of 162 patients with primary liver cancer who were admitted to a tertiary A-level hospital in Nantong City were investigated by convenient sampling with anticipatory grief scale(AGS).Results The anticipatory grief score of main caregivers of patients with primary liver cancer was88.12±16.12.And there was the statistically significant difference in varied gender,relationship with the patient,time to know the patient’s disease,age,financial situation of main caregivers(P<0.05).Conclusion The main caregivers of primary liver cancer patients have serious anticipatory sadness,they are recommended to receive targeted continuing nursing interventions which can effectively help them to positively face and deal with the difficulties,alleviate their sadness,and then improve the quality of life of primary liver cancer patients and their main caregivers.
