优质护理在急诊老年冠心病合并高血压患者中的作用

Effect of high quality nursing in emergency elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension

目的分析优质护理在急诊老年冠心病合并高血压患者中的作用。方法选取我院急诊老年冠心病合并高血压患者80例,数字法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组常规护理,观察组优质护理,比较两组护理差异。结果干预后,两组收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于干预前,观察组SBP和DBP、SAS和SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于急诊老年冠心病合并高血压患者可以稳定血压水平,缓解患者情绪,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in emergency elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension.Methods 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension who visited the Emergency Department in our hospital were divided into the control group(n=40)with the conventional nursing and the observation group(n=40)with the high quality nursing according to the numbering method.The differences of the nursing intervention between the two groups were compared.Results After the interventions,the scores of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the two groups were lower than those before the interventions.And the scores of SBP,DBP,SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in emergency elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension can stabilize the blood pressure level and relieve the mood of patient,which is worthy of the clinical promotion.
