麻醉护理一体化管理模式在麻醉后恢复室的有效性分析

Analysis of the effectiveness of the integrated management model of anesthesia and nursing in the recovery room after anesthesia

目的探讨于麻醉后恢复室采用麻醉护理一体化管理模式进行干预后的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的麻醉手术患者86例,数字奇偶法分为两组,每组43例。干预组采用麻醉护理一体化管理模式开展麻醉后恢复室对应干预,常规组采用常规护理模式开展麻醉后恢复室对应干预。比较两组并发症(意识障碍、恶心呕吐)发生率、麻醉护理满意度评分。结果干预组并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05),干预组麻醉手术患者护理态度、护理全面性、护理质量以及护理细节评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论麻醉护理一体化管理模式有效运用,可使麻醉手术患者意识障碍、恶心呕吐并发症发生率显著降低,将麻醉护理满意程度显著提升,最终实现麻醉手术患者有效预后。

Objective To get an insight into the clinical effect of intervention with the integrated management model of anesthesia and nursing in the recovery room after anesthesia.Methods A total of 86 patients admitted to our hospital for anesthesia surgery were divided into two groups by digital odd-even method,with 43 cases in each group.Intervention group received the corresponding intervention with the integrated management mode of anesthesia and nursing in the recovery room after anesthesia,while conventional group was given the corresponding intervention with routine nursing mode in the recovery room after anesthesia.The incidence of complications(disturbance of consciousness,nausea and vomiting)and the satisfaction score of anesthesia nursing were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of complications in intervention group was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing attitude,nursing comprehensiveness,nursing quality and nursing details in intervention group were all higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of the integrated management mode of anesthesia nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of disturbance of consciousness,nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing anesthesia surgery,significantly improve the satisfaction degree of anesthesia nursing,and finally achieve effective prognosis of surgery patients under anesthesia.
