精细化护理管理在甲状腺癌围手术期中的应用效果

Effects of refined care management in the perioperative period of thyroid cancer

目的探讨精细化护理管理在甲状腺癌患者围手术期的作用。方法选择我院甲状腺癌患者200例,随机分成两组,对照组100例,采用常规护理,干预组100例,采用精细化护理管理,比较两组护理效果。结果干预组护理后的睡眠质量、焦虑、抑郁评分低于常规组(P<0.05);干预组离院5周后的自我管理执行率高于对照组(98.00%vs 88.00%,P<0.05)。结论将精细化护理管理应用于甲状腺癌围手术期中,可以较好约束患者离院后的药物治疗配合度。

Objective To explore the effects of refined care management in the perioperative period of patients with thyroid cancer.Methods Two hundred patients with thyroid cancer were selected in the hospital and randomly divided into two groups,100 patients in the control group received conventional care,while 100 patients in the experimental group received refined care,and the care effects on patients in two groups were compared.Results The sleep quality,anxiety and depression scores of patients in the control group after care were lower than such indexes of patients in the experimental group(P<0.05);the self-management execution rate of patients in the experimental group after 5 weeks of discharge was higher than that of such index of patients in the control group(98.00%vs88.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined care management in the perioperative period of patients with thyroid cancer can better constrain the degree of compliance in drug treatment after patients are discharged from hospital.
