超声诊断在老年冠心病患者颈动脉硬化中的应用价值

Application value of ultrasonography in diagnosing carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的评价超声诊断在老年冠心病患者颈动脉硬化中的应用价值。方法选取老年冠心病颈动脉硬化患者(观察组)195例,选取同期健康体检者(对照组)100例,两组均采用超声诊断。结果观察组诊断准确率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组颈内动脉内中膜厚度、颈总动脉中膜厚度以及硬化斑块指数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用超声诊断老年冠心病颈动脉硬化,可有效提升疾病诊断准确率,且可有效检出病变程度,为临床诊疗提供科学的依据。

Objective To evaluate the application value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 195 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and carotid atherosclerosis were selected into the observation group,and 100 healthy controls were selected into the control group,both groups of patients were diagnosed by ultrasonography.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),The intima-media thickness of internal carotid artery,the intima-media thickness of common carotid artery,and the atherosclerotic plaque index for patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasonography in diagnosing carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy rate,detect the severity of lesions,and provide scientific basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
