小儿肺热咳喘颗粒辅助阿奇霉素对小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效及其对心肌酶和炎症因子的影响

Clinical efficacy of xiaoer feire kechuan granule combined with azithromycin on pediatric bronchial pneumonia and its effect on myocardial enzymes and inflammatory factors

目的探讨小儿肺热咳喘颗粒辅助阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果,观察其对患儿心肌酶水平及炎症因子的影响。方法选择我院收治的支气管肺炎患者113例,将其随机分为两组,对照组56例,在支持治疗的基础上应用阿奇霉素静滴治疗;观察组57例,在对照组治疗基础上应用小儿肺热咳喘颗粒辅助治疗。比较两组治疗效果,记录治疗前后炎症因子(TNF-α、CPR、IL-6、IL-8)、心肌酶(CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST)、症状消失时间(发热、咳嗽、气促)及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(92.98%vs 85.71%,P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清炎症因子水平均有改善,同时,观察组血清炎症因子水平改善优于对照组(P<0.05);两组心肌酶水平均有改善,同时,观察组心肌酶水平改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未出现严重不良反应,安全性良好。结论应用小儿肺热咳喘颗粒辅助阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床效果显著,可显著改善患者心肌酶及炎症因子水平,缩短患儿临床症状消失时间,不良反应少,安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granule in the treatment of pediatric Bronchial Pneumonia with azithromycin,and to observe its influence on myocardial enzyme level and inflammatory factors in pediatric.Methods A total of 113 cases of bronchial pneumonia in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with azithromycin intravenous drip on the basis of supportive treatment(n=57),the observation groupwere treated with Xiaoerfeirekechuan Granule on the basis of the treatment in the control group(n=57).The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.The inflammatory factors(TNF-α,CPR,IL-6,IL-8),myocardial enzymes(CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST),symptom disappearance time(fever,cough,shortness of breath)and adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(92.98%vs 85.71%,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors in both groups were improved,and the improvement of serum inflammatory factors in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of myocardial enzymes in both groups were improved,and the improvement of myocardial enzymes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups,and the safety was good.Conclusion The clinical effect of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granule combined with azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric bronchial pneumonia is significant.It can significantly improve the levels of myocardial enzymes and inflammatory factors in patients,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,with less adverse reactions and good safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
