琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片应用于高血压合并糖脂代谢紊乱患者的疗效

Efficacy of metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets applied in patients with hypertension complicated with glucose and lipid metabolism disorder

目的探究琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗高血压合并糖脂代谢紊乱患者的疗效。方法选取我院诊治的高血压合并糖脂代谢紊乱患者120例,随机数字表法分为两组,每组各60例。对照组对症治疗,研究组对症治疗+琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,检查比较两组心功能、血脂、血糖水平变化。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血糖、血脂较治疗前均改善,研究组比对照组空腹血糖、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)水平显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)水平显著升高(P<0.05),两组心功能指标较治疗前均改善,研究组比对照组左心射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)升高,左心室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end diastolic diameter,LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(left ventricular end systolic diameter,LVED)降低(P<0.05)。结论高血压合并糖脂代谢紊乱患者应用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片的临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the efficacy of metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets in treating patients with hypertension complicated with glucose and lipid metabolism disorder.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with hypertension complicated with glucose and lipid metabolism disorder were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The symptomatic treatment was applied for patients in the control group,and symptomatic treatment+metoprolol succinate sustained release tablets were applied for patients in the research group.And the changes in heart function,blood lipids,and blood sugar levels of the two groups were compared and examined.Results The overall response rate of patients in the research group was higher than such index of patients in the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose and blood lipid of patients in two groups were improved after treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,TG,TC and LDL-C of patients in the research group were significantly lowered when compared to such indexes of patients in the control group,On the other hand,HDL-C of patients in the research group was significantly elevated,the cardiac function indexes of patients in two groups were improved when compared to such indexes before treatment,LVEF of patients in the research group was elevated when compared to such index of patients in the control group,and LVEDD and LVED were lowered when compared to such indexes of patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets applied patients with hypertension complicated with glucose and lipid metabolism disorder delivers significant clinical efficacy.
