儿童早期预警评分系统联合潮气呼吸肺功能检查在分类管理腺病毒感染中的应用

Application of pediatric early warning system combined with management program of tidal breathing and pulmonary function test in identifying severe adenovirus infection

目的探讨儿童早期预警评分系统(PEWS)联合潮气呼吸肺功能检查管理方案识别儿童重症腺病毒感染的价值。方法选取佛山市禅城区中心医院儿内科诊断为腺病毒感染的住院患儿83例,按照自愿原则,以随机分组方法分为两组,观察组41例,对照组42例。对照组接受常规干预,观察组接受早期预警干预,包括进行潮气呼吸肺功能检查、儿童早期预警系统应用及特殊性治疗方案的干预使用。比较两组重症例数、发热消退时间及住院时间。结果治疗后观察组重症率明显少于对照组,退热时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PEWS联合潮气呼吸肺功能检查分类管理方案,能减少重症病例的发生,提高临床治疗效果,缩短患儿退热时间及住院时间。

Objective To get an insight into the value of pediatric early warning system(PEWS)combined with management program of tidal breathing and pulmonary function test in identifying severe adenovirus infection in children.Methods A total of 83 hospitalized children diagnosed with adenovirus infection in the Pediatric Department of Chancheng District Central Hospital of Foshan City were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of voluntary,they were divided into two groups by randomization,41 cases in observation group and 42 cases in control group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group was given early warning intervention,including tidal breathing and pulmonary function test,the application of PEWS and the intervention of special treatment scheme.The number of severe cases,fever subsided time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the number of severe cases in observation group was significantly less than that in control group,and the fever subsided time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion PEWS combined with tidal breathing and pulmonary function test classification management program can reduce the occurrence of severe cases,improve the clinical effect,and shorten the fever and hospitalization time in children.
