全程优质管理模式对口腔颌面外科手术患者住院满意度及负性心理情绪的影响 被引量:4

Effects of total excellent quality management model on hospitalization satisfaction and negative psychological emotion of patients receiving oral and maxillofacial surgeries

摘要 目的探讨全程优质管理模式对口腔颌面外科手术患者负性心理情绪及住院满意度产生的影响。方法选择我院收治的口腔颌面外科手术患者100例,以随机抽样法分为两组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施口腔颌面外科手术。比较两组住院期间的患者满意度、干预前后的焦虑评分和抑郁评分。结果干预后,两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于干预前,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组住院期间的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用全程优质管理模式可以更有效地改善口腔颌面外科手术患者的负性心理情绪,提高其住院期间对护理工作的满意程度。 Objective To analyze the effects of total quality management model on the hospitalization satisfaction and negative psychological emotion of patients receiving oral and maxillofacial surgeries.Methods One hundred patients receiving oral and maxillofacial surgeries admitted to the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the study group received oral and maxillofacial surgeries.The intra-hospitalization satisfaction,anxiety scores and depression scores of patients in two groups before and after interventions were compared.Results Both the anxiety and depression scores of patients in two groups after interventions were lower than those of patients before interventions,such indexes of patients in the study group were lower than those of patients in the control group(P<0.05),and the intra-hospitalization satisfaction of patients in the study group during hospitalization was higher than those of patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The total excellent quality management model applied can more effectively improve the negative psychological motion of patients receiving oral and maxillofacial surgeries,and can improve satisfaction towards nursing efforts during hospitalization.
