急性阑尾炎开腹手术切除治疗的临床护理要点

Key points to clinical nursing treating acute appendicitis via laparotomy

目的探讨急性阑尾炎患者在开腹手术切除治疗的同时给予护理干预后的整体效果。方法选取我院收治的急性阑尾炎开腹手术切除治疗患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例;分别给予传统护理(常规组)和优质护理(试验组),对比分析两组临床护理要点和整体效果。结果与常规组相比,试验组满意度高(94.29%vs 77.14%),护理干预效果较好,术后并发症发生率低(P<0.05)。结论优质护理辅以开腹手术切除治疗急性阑尾炎效果显著,可有效降低术后并发症发生率,改善其预后指标,同时对护理人员的满意度也较高。

Objective To analyze the overall effects of nursing intervention in patients with acute appendicitis after laparotomy.Methods Seventy patients with acute appendicitis admitted to the hospital were selected,randomly divided into two groups with 35 patients in each group,traditional nursing(routine group)and high-quality care(experimental group)were implemented respectively,and key points to clinical nursing and overall effect of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the regular group,the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than such index of patients in the routine group(94.29%vs 77.14%),and the effect of nursing intervention was better,and the incidence of postoperative complications of patients in the experimental group was low(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality care combined with laparotomy for acute appendicitis delivers significant effect,can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients and improve their prognosis indicators,and it is also of great value to the satisfaction of nursing workers.
