新型超声组织处理仪在病理快速石蜡制片技术中的应用

Application of new ultrasonic tissue processor in pathology rapid paraffin sectioning

目的评估在病理快速石蜡制片技术中使用新型超声组织处理仪的作用。方法选择我院送检的病理组织标本(包括子宫、输卵管、卵巢、乳腺、阑尾、淋巴结、大网等),应用新型超声组织处理仪进行处理,并且结合水浴加温,加速固定、组织脱水和浸蜡的速度。结果新型超声组织处理仪在病理快速石蜡制片技术中效果显著,可以快速制作石蜡切片,使用该切片可以进行组织化学与免疫组织化学染色,制作的切片质量较好,并且组织形态良好,和常规技术制作的切片差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新型超声组织处理仪在病理快速石蜡制片技术中的应用效果显著,可以快速完成固定、脱水、透明、浸蜡、包埋,并且满足病理组织处理的需求,值得推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the action of a new ultrasonic tissue processor in the pathology rapid paraffin sectioning.Methods To selected the pathological tissue samples(including uterus,fallopian tube,ovary,breast appendix,lymph node,and greater omentum)submitted by our hospital for examination.And to use a new ultrasonic tissue processor for treatment,and combine with water bath heating to accelerate the speed of fixation,tissue dehydration and wax immersion.Results The new ultrasonic tissue processor had a remarkable effect in the pathology rapid paraffin sectioning through quickly making paraffin sections.The sections made could be used for the histochemical and immunohistochemical staining.And the quality of the sections was better and the tissue morphology on the sections was good.There was no significant difference with the sections that made by the conventional technique(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of the new ultrasnic tissue processor in the pathology rapid paraffin sectioning is remarkable,which can quickly complete fixation,dehydration,transparency,and paraffin impregnation and embedding,and meet the demands of the pathology tissue processing.So it is worthy to be used and promoted in the clinical practice.
