聚焦解决模式对肝癌患者围手术期不良情绪及并发症的影响

Study on the effects of focused solution mode on perioperative bad moods and complications of patients with liver cancer

目的探讨聚焦解决模式对肝癌患者围手术期不良情绪及并发症的影响。方法选择我院住院治疗的原发性肝癌患者82例,以单盲随机抽样法分为对照组和试验组,每组41例。对照组采用传统护理,试验组采用聚焦解决模式护理。比较2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、术后恢复指标(包括首次排气时间、排便时间、下床时间和住院时间)、并发症发生情况、EORTC QLQ-C30评分(包括物质生活、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能评分)。结果护理后,试验组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组首次排气时间、排便时间、下床时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(2.44%vs 17.07%,P<0.05)。试验组物质生活、心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式可有效减轻原发性肝癌患者不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,改善生活质量,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the influences of focused solution mode on perioperative bad moods and complications of patients with liver cancer.Methods Totally 82 patients with primary liver cancer who were hospitalized in our hospital were selected and grouped by single-blind random sampling(41 cases in each group).The reference group was treated with traditional nursing care,while the experimental group adopted focused solution mode.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,postoperative recovery indexes(including the first exhaust time,defecation time,out-of-bed time and length of stay),complications,EORTC QLQ-C30 scores(including material life,psychological function,social function and physical function scores)of patients in two groups were compared.Results The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The time of first exhaust,defecation,getting out of bed and hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group(2.44%)was lower than that(17.07%)of the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The EORTCQLQ-C30 score of the experimental group after nursing was higher than that of the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The focused solution model can effectively alleviate the bad moods of patients with primary liver cancer,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospitalization,and improve the life quality.It is worthy of reference.
