中药熏蒸结合手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of treating distal radius fractures with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with manual-reduction splint external fixation

目的探讨中药熏蒸结合手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法选取我院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者140例,以盲选法分为两组,对照组70例,给予手术切开复位加钢板内固定治疗,治疗组70例,应用手法复位夹板外固定联合中药熏蒸治疗,观察两组治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、腕关节Cooney评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手法复位夹板外固定联合中药熏蒸治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效显著,可改善预后,降低不良反应情况,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of treating distal radius fractures with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fumigation combined with manual-reduction splint external fixation.Methods One hundred forty patients with distal radius fractures who had been admitted to our hospital were selectively divided into the control group(n=70)with open reduction and plate internal fixation and the treatment group(n=70)with manual-reduction splint external fixation combined with TCM fumigation.The treatment effect and adverse effects rate for patients in the two groups were observed.Results There was no statistical significance on visual analog score(VAS)and wrist Cooney score in the two groups(P>0.05).And the adverse effects rate in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of manual-reduction splint external fixation combined with TCM fumigation in treating distal radius fractures is remarkable,which can improve the prognosis and reduce the adverse effects for patients.It is worthy of the clinical promotion.
