宫腔镜下行子宫肌瘤电切术的疗效与安全性

Efficacy and safety analysis on hysteroscopy for uterine fibroids resection

目的探讨宫腔镜下行子宫肌瘤电切术的临床效果。方法选取我院接收的子宫肌瘤患者60例,按照数字表评分法将患者划为对照组和研究组,每组均为30例。对照组使用传统开腹术进行治疗,研究组使用宫腔镜下电切术进行治疗,观察分析两组临床指标情况、并发症情况、治疗有效率情况。结果研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、24h阴道流血量、术后排气时间、首次下床时间均优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者使用宫腔镜下电切术进行治疗,能提升患者治疗有效率,改善临床指标,并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate clinical effects of hysteroscopic resection of uterine fibroids.Methods Sixty patients with uterine fibroids received in the hospital were selected as study subjects and divided into the control group and the study group with 30 cases in each group by means of numerical rating table scale.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional laparotomy,and patients in the study group were treated with hysteroscopic resection.Clinical indicators,complications,and treatment efficiency of patients in two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The incidence of complications of patients in the research group was lower than that of patients control group(P<0.05),the intra-operative blood loss,operation duration,length of stay,24 hvaginal bleeding volume,postoperative anal exhaust and first time of off-bed activity of patients in the study group were better than such indexes of patients in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment response rate of patients in the study group was higher than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic resection implemented for patients with uterine fibroids can improve the treatment efficiency and clinical indicators of patients with low incidence of complications,being worthy of clinical promotion.
