优质护理对消毒供应中心工作质量的影响

Effects of high-quality nursing on the work quality in disinfection supply center

目的对消毒供应中心应用优质护理对护理质量的改善情况进行分析。方法选取职消毒供应中心护理人员20例,随机分为两组组,其中研讨组(n=10)应用优质护理模式,对照组(n=10)应用常规消毒供应中心护理,比较两组消毒器械的分类情况、回收情况、清洗情况、包装情况、灭菌情况、贮存情况、发放情况及护理人员的工作能力评分情况。结果将研讨组分类情况、回收情况、清洗情况、包装情况、灭菌情况、贮存情况、发放情况合格率与对照组进行比较,研讨组消毒管理情况更佳(P<0.05),研讨组护理人员的护理能力评分更高(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式能够提升消毒供应中心的护理质量,改善护理人员的工作能力。

Objective To analyze the application effects of high-quality nursing on the improvement of nursing quality in sterile supply center.Methods A total of 20 members of nursing staff in sterile supply center were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 10 cases in each group.The study group was given high-quality nursing,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.The classification,recycle,cleaning,packaging,sterilization,storage and distribution of sterile devices and the working ability of the nursing staff in the two groups were compared.Results Through the comparison of qualification rates of classification,recycle,cleaning,packaging,sterilization,storage and distribution,it showed that the study group had better sterilization management than control group(P<0.05),and the scores of nursing ability in the study group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing mode can improve the nursing quality of the sterile supply center and enhance the working ability of the nursing staff.
