标准护理流程对颅底肿瘤术后患者生存质量与护理质量的提升效果

Effects of standard nursing procedures on the improvement of life quality and nursing quality of patients after skull base tumor surgery

目的探究颅底肿瘤手术患者实施标准护理流程应用价值。方法将100例颅底肿瘤手术患者平均分为对照组与研究组,前者实施常规护理,后者实施标准护理流程,对比两组护理前后生存质量变化与护理质量评分。结果护理后,两组生存质量较护理前均明显改善,研究组比对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。研究组服务态度、沟通能力、护理主动性、操作水平评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颅底肿瘤手术患者实施标准护理流程效果显著,在有效改善患者生存质量的同时促进护理质量的提升,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To explore the application value of standard nursing procedures in patients with skull base tumor surgery.Methods Totally 100 patients with skull base tumor surgery were evenly divided into control group and study group.The former was given routine nursing care,while the latter was given standard nursing procedures.The life quality and nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results After the nursing,the life quality of the two groups was significant improved than before,with study group having greater improvement(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores of service attitude,communication ability,nursing initiative and operating level(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of standard nursing procedures on patients with skull base tumor surgery are significant,which can effectively improve the life quality of patients and promote the improvement of nursing quality.It is of application value in clinical practice.
