彩色多普勒超声诊断浅表肿大淋巴结的价值

Diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in superficial enlarged lymph nodes

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断浅表肿大淋巴结的价值。方法回顾性分析浅表肿大淋巴结患者60例,所有患者均行超声诊断。根据病理类型,淋巴瘤30例为试验组,炎性良性30例为对照组,比较两组淋巴结的L/S比值。结果试验组L/S比值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在浅表肿大淋巴结患者的诊断中应用超声检查效果显著,值得应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of superficial enlarged lymph nodes.Methods Totally 60 patients with superficial enlarged lymph nodes were retrospectively analyzed and underwent color Doppler ultrasound.They were divided into two groups according to their pathological types,with 30 cases of lymphoma in experimental group and 30 cases of inflammatory benign in control group.The L/S ratio of lymph nodes was compared between the two groups.Results The L/S ratio of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of ultrasound on the detection in patients with superficial enlarged lymph nodes is remarkable,which is worthy of application and promotion.
