FeNO测定在评价小儿支气管哮喘病情控制程度中的应用

摘要 目的对小儿支气管哮喘治疗患儿实施呼出气一氧化氮(Fractional exhaled nitric oxide,FeNO)测定,探究其对病情评价效果。方法选择我院门诊进行哮喘治疗的患儿92例,处于慢性持续期的患儿纳入慢性哮喘组(30例),处于急性发作期的患儿纳入急性哮喘组(62例),对急性发作期患儿根据病情的严重程度实施分组,分为哮喘未控制组(20例)、哮喘部分控制组(20例)及哮喘控制组(22例),对于病情不同严重程度、不同时期的患儿进行FeNO比对,并对患儿的第1秒用力呼气量与预计值百分比(FEV1%)、IgE、呼气峰流速与预计值百分比(PEF%)进行分析。结果慢性哮喘、急性哮喘之间、不同时期患儿之间FeNO、FEV1%、IgE、PEF%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性期支气管哮喘导致FeNO值提高,FeNO可作为判断哮喘病情控制情况的指标。 Objective To evaluate the effects of fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)measurement on children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 92 cases with bronchial asthma in our hospital were selected.Patients in the chronic phase were included in the chronic asthma group(30 cases),while those in the acute phase were included in the acute asthma group(62 cases).The acute asthma group was further divided into the uncontrolled asthma group(20 cases),partially control asthma group(20 cases)and the controlled asthma group(22 cases)according to the severity of the disease.The FeNO comparison was conducted on children with different disease severity in different phases.The FEV1%,IgE,PEF%of children were analyzed.Results There were differences in FeNO,FEV1%,IgE,PEF%between children with chronic asthma and acute asthma in different phases(P<0.05).Conclusion Acute bronchial asthma can lead to the increase of FeNO value,so FeNO can be used as an index to judge the control of asthma.
