舒适护理在子宫肌瘤术后护理中的应用

Application effects of comfort nursing on postoperative care of patients with hysteromyoma surgery

目的探讨子宫肌瘤手术患者术后应用舒适护理的临床效果。方法选取我院收治子宫肌瘤患者80例,采用随机法分为研究组和对照组各40例,实施舒适护理干预患者为研究组,实施常规护理干预患者为对照组,比较两组干预前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)和生活质量评分。结果干预后,两组VAS评分明显低于干预前,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组生理职能、精神健康、生理功能、躯体疼痛评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤手术患者实施舒适护理对缓解疼痛度、提高生活质量发挥重要作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of comfort nursing on postoperative care of patients with hysteromyoma surgery.Methods Totally 80 patients with hysteromyoma surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with the comfort nursing intervention,while the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The VAS scores and life quality scores were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the VAS scores of two groups were lower than before.Compared with control group,the study group had lower VAS scores(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,mental health,physical function,and physical pain in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing for patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery plays an important role in relieving their pain and improving their life quality.
