多层螺旋CT在肝脏肿瘤诊断中的应用

Application of Multi-slice helical CT in the diagnosis of liver tumors

目的探讨对肝脏肿瘤疾病应用多层螺旋CT诊断的临床应用价值。方法选取本院收治的经病理结果及手术结果证实为肝脏肿瘤的患者115例,均予以64排128层螺旋CT扫描,对CT扫描结果进行观察,分析CT扫描对疾病的诊断价值及影像表现。结果以病理结果证实作为参考,多层螺旋CT的特异性、灵敏度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为100%、99.12%、100%、0.87%。结论临床中应用多层螺旋CT诊断肝脏肿瘤的价值显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore clinical value of multi-slice helical CT in the diagnosis of liver tumor diseases.Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with liver tumors confirmed by pathological results and surgical results in the Hospital were selected as research subjects,all the patients were subject to 64-slice 128-slice spiral CT scanning,CT scanning results were observed,and the diagnostic value and imaging findings of CT scanning for the disease were analyzed.Results The specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of multi-slice spiral CT were 100%,99.12%,100%and 0.87%,respectively by referring to confirmed pathologic findings.Conclusion Clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of liver tumors is of great value and worth popularization.
