阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断宫外孕的效果

Transvaginal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography applied in diagnosing extrauterine pregnancy

目的探讨阴道超声联合腹部超声对宫外孕的诊断效果。方法选取我院收治的宫外孕患者46例,分别采取阴道超声、腹部超声以及阴道联合腹部超声检查。观察检查效果,对比3种诊断方法的诊断准确率、漏诊率以及各项指标检测情况。结果经阴道超声联合经腹部超声的诊断准确率高于单一的经阴道超声以及经腹部超声检查,漏诊率低于单一的经阴道超声以及经腹部超声检查(P<0.05)。经阴道超声联合经腹部超声的各项指标检出率高于单一的经阴道超声以及经腹部超声检查(P<0.05)。结论对宫外孕患者采取阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断,能够有效提高检查准确率,降低漏诊的发生,可在宫外孕的诊断中推广应用。

Objective This study is designed to explore the diagnostic effect by applying transvaginal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography to diagnose patients with extrauterine pregnancy.Methods Forty six patients with extrauterine pregnancy admitted by the hospital were selected as study subjects,and such patients were examined with transvaginal ultrasonography,transabdominal ultrasonography,and transvaginal combined transabdominal ultrasonography.Examination results were observed,and the diagnostic accuracy rate,missed diagnosis rate and examinations of indices of the three diagnostic methods were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography was higher than that of single transvaginal ultrasonography or transabdominal ultrasonography,and the missed diagnosis rate of transvaginal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography was lower than that of single transvaginal ultrasonography or transabdominal ultrasonography(P<0.05).The detection rate of indices of transvaginal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography was higher than such indices of single transvaginal ultrasonography or transabdominal ultrasonography(P<0.05).Conclusion The transvaginal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography applied in this study to diagnose patients with extrauterine pregnancy can effectively improve the accuracy of the examination and reduce the occurrence of missed diagnosis,being worthy of promotion and application in diagnosing extrauterine pregnancy.
