分期康复护理对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能改善的干预效果

Intervention effects of staged rehabilitation nursing on motor function improvement of hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke

目的探讨缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者实施分期康复护理对其运功功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的首次发病的缺血性脑卒中患者60例,分成对照组与观察组,每组30例。2组同时进行神经内科常规药物治疗,对照组进行常规康复护理,观察组在上述基础根据病情变化特点展开分期康复护理干预。评价2组干预前后的临床效果。结果干预1个月后,两组Fugl-Meyer评分均高于干预前,观察组高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分期康复护理干预可明显改善缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能,预防偏瘫肢体的肌张力增高,减少并发症。

Objective To analyze the effects of staged rehabilitation nursing applied for motor functions of hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Sixty patients suffering from primary onset of hemiplegia ischemic stroke admitted hospital were selected as study subjects and evenly divided into the control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.The patients in two groups were given simultaneously administered with neurology department-related routine drug therapy,and routine rehabilitation nursing was implemented for patients in the control group.The staged rehabilitation nursing intervention was implemented for patients in the observation group according to the characteristics of changes in diseases.Clinical effects on patients in two groups before and after interventions were evaluated.Results The Fugl-Meyer score of patients in two groups after one month of interventions were higher that prior to interventions,the index of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group,and the incidence of complications of patients in the observation group was lower than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The staged rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the motor functions of hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke,prevent the elevated muscle tension of hemiplegic limbs and reduce complications.
