优质护理在分化型甲状腺癌患者术后碘-131治疗的不良反应处理中的应用

Application of high-quality nursing in dealing with adverse reaction of postoperative iodine-131therapy in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer

目的探讨优质护理在分化型甲状腺癌患者术后碘-131治疗的不良反应处理中的应用效果。方法选取于本院接受分化型甲状腺癌手术治疗患者104例。依据患者护理意愿分为两组,每组各52例。术后碘-131治疗期间,对照组行一般护理,观察组行优质护理。分析患者不良反应发生率、预后生活质量评分、治疗依从性、护理评价结果差异。结果术后治疗12天,观察组预后生活质量评分中健康领域、功能领域评分较对照组均明显提升,症状领域评分显著下降(P<0.05);观察组术后碘-131治疗期间不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性及护理满意度评价结果均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理实施在分化型甲状腺癌患者术后碘-131治疗护理中的应用,可在完善各类不良反应针对性护理措施基础上,积极控制患者不良反应发生率,改善预后生活质量,护理实施效果显著。

Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing in the treatment of adverse reactions of postoperative iodine-131 treatment in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 104 patients undergoing surgical treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the patient’s nursing willingness,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 52 cases in each group.During postoperative iodine-131 therapy,the control group received general nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing.The incidence of adverse reactions,prognostic quality of life scores,treatment compliance,and differences in nursing evaluation results were analyzed.Results At the 12 th day of postoperative treatment,the health and functional areas of the prognostic quality of life score of the observation group were significantly improved,and the symptom score was decreased significantly,and there were significant differences compared with the control group during the same period(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during the postoperative iodine-131 therapy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation results of treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in postoperative iodine-131 therapy in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer can actively control the incidence of adverse reactions in patients on the basis of perfecting the targeted nursing measures of various adverse reactions,and can improve the prognostic quality of life,and have significant nursing implementation effects.
