综合护理措施对高血压脑出血患者微创手术术后并发症的影响

Effects of comprehensive nursing measures on postoperative complications of minimally invasive surgery in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的探究综合护理措施对微创手术治疗高血压脑出血(hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,HICH)患者术后并发症的影响。方法选取我院收治的微创手术的HICH患者80例,分为对照组(常规护理干预)及观察组(综合护理干预)各40例,比较两组GCS评分、Barthel指数评分及并发症发生率。结果组内对比,两组护理后的GCS评分、Barthel指数评均高于护理前(P<0.05);组间对比,护理1周后观察组GCS评分高于对照组,护理6周后观察组Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理措施应用于微创手术治疗HICH患者护理中,能够改善术后日常生活能力,降低并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing measures on postoperative complications of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive surgery.Methods Eighty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive surgery in the Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were divided into two groups by envelope sealing method,namely the control group(n=40,routine nursing intervention)and the observation group(n=40,routine nursing intervention),and the incidence of patients’complications in groups were compared.Results After nursing,GCS score and Barthel index of patients in both groups were higher than that before nursing(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,GCS scores of patients after 1 week of nursing in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and Barthel index scores of patients after 6 weeks of nursing in the observation group were higher than such index of patients control group(P<0.05).The target rate of patient in the observation group hit 10.00%,being lower than that in the control group(37.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing measures applied in the nursing of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by minimally invasive surgery can improve postoperative daily life and reduce the incidence of complications,being worthy of promotion.
